When it comes to my nails i can be pretty slack at taking care of them which is crazy because they are my money makers ;-), however i have made a conscious decision this year to look after them more and to make them look pretty.

I recently got my hands on the Dior Nail Glow which isn't a new product but it's new to me. The idea behind nail glow is to make the pinks of your nails pinker and the white tips whiter. It definitely makes my nails looks shiny, more groomed, manicured, well looked after and more pink but i'm not sure if the tips look any whiter.

Not that i'm complaining but once again we getting a change in the weather in the UK, at the minute it seems for the better however i'm sure you all know just how quickly it can all go wrong and start raining again. My Health and Fitness 90 Day Challenge

So one of the things i get asked the most is about my health and fitness routine and as i aim to please i thought i would tell you about my challenge.

I have started the 90 day challenge from Body by Vi, i have been on it for almost a month now and so far i am absolutely loving it! One of the biggest problems i have is i am a real carb lover, which for me is not great because it makes me feel uncomfortable and bloated so i have to make a conscious effort to eat other things to fill myself up.

I have a shake for breakfast either on it's own or with a piece of fruit and depending on my work schedule i either have another one for lunch and a healthy dinner or a will have a healthy lunch, another as an afternoon snack and then a healthy dinner.

The meals i have are usually chicken based or definitely some sort of protein with lots of vegetables, if i fancy something sweet after my meal i have also got the protein cookies from Vi in chocolate chip or peanut flavour. They are a chewy texture which i prefer in a cookie rather than crunchy and if you pop them in the microwave for a couple of seconds they are mega yummy! I'm not much of a bath person i tend to favour a shower, however once in a while i just want to get into a hot bubble bath and just relax! I have used the original milk bath from Elemis which was amazing so when this came through the post i was so excited to give it a go.
