My Primark Christmas Jumper

Every year i have the great idea to get a christmas jumper, i'm absolutely obsessed with christmas and i want to show it through my choice of jumper :-) however i'm always too late and they have all been snapped up. A few weeks  ago i came across this one in Primark and instantly grabbed my size.

I love the fact that the nose, scarf and buttons are 3D and the happy little snowman makes me smile, it was £12 which in my opinion is an absolute bargain and the fit is pretty good (i got an extra small and i am a size 6-8).

For the price i think the quality of the jumper is brilliant, some i have seen online have gone upwards of £60, now i love christmas but i do not want to pay that. If like me and the children of the world you have the spirit of christmas living inside of you, be sure to get yourself one of these happy little jumpers :-)

Balance Me Cleanse and Smooth Face Balm

After a hard days work, there is nothing i enjoy more than coming home and taking off all of my makeup and getting my pj's on. I tend to favour a wash off cleanser (for some reason my skin prefers this method) and something along the oil or balm route is even better and feels way more luxurious!

I am a massive fan of balance me products already so i was super excited to give this cleansing balm a go, it's not a balm as you would think of things such as lip balm, it's a bit more runny than that which i think helps it to glide over the skin a bit better. It has an amazing spa like smell which just instantly relaxes you and gets you ready for bed.

It has calming camomile, shea and cocoa butter, virgin coconut oils and oatmeal within its many ingredients (the oatmeal gives a slight exfoliation). A small amount of the balm is more than enough to remove the entire face of makeup, it also comes with a muslin cloth to use with warm water so it gently massages and cleanses the face.

This retails at £20 and you can check it out HERE

HealGel Face

I am already a massive fan of HealGel Intensive and HealGel Eye so it was only natural that i needed to complete my collection and try the HealGel Face and i am totally smitten! This like all the others does not fail to impress, it has such a nice texture that feels so smooth when applied, some gels i find go a bit tacky when soaking into the skin, this how ever just glides on.

This time of the year my skin always goes slightly more dry and needs a bit more attention, but i know this year i'm set, also HealGel face was created to have the maximum anti-aging effects whilst still rescuing the skin like the HealGel Intensive. The hyaluronic acid provides firmer and plumper skin and the blend of omega oils replenish and improve elasticity in the skin.

This retails at £48 and you can get it from www.healgel.co.uk

Mac Pressed Pigments

I am a massive fan of the MAC pigments and reflects pigments and these don't fail to disappoint. The lighter colours come out quite soft so are great to be used over other eyeshadow to add glitter or you can use them wet and really give drama to that sparkle.

My favourite way to use them is for a smokey eye, the colours "Deeply Dashing" (a deep brow with silver glitter) and "Jet Couture" (a black with gold glitter) are perfect for this, i like to layer them over a paint pot and you have yourself the quickest smokey eye known to man. If you are looking for a new product for the upcoming autumn or dare i say it Christmas season, these are perfect!

They retail at £17 and you can get them HERE

Vaseline Paint The Town

I am writing this post very late at night so i will add the pic in when i have day light :-)

This is the 3rd limited edition Vaseline so far and trust me it does not disappoint! The packaging is so sleek and inviting it is hard not to want this pot. The first thing that struck me when opening this product is the colour, such a luxurious looking red i hardly wanted to touch it through fear of ruining it.

The 2nd thing was the smell, it has a spiced berry scent that i just want to lick off (not that this is recommended lol) and the next thing is the feel, so silky and smooth when applied it just glides on! This product is perfect for anyone, it creates a hue of red over the lips so great if you have never worn a red lippie before and want to have a taster, or great for the red lip lover that wants a great day wear look!

I have to say i love every single limited edition Vaseline that has been released especially the amazing pots they come in but this has definitely got to be my favourite so far, it would make a perfect add on birthday present for someone or i would even say stock up for christmas pressies now because it will be the perfect look for Autumn/Winter. It is exclusive to Selfridges until the 11th September and then it will be available at all major retailers.

This retails at £3.49 and you can check it out HERE

HealGel Eye

For a long time i have been looking for an eye cream that when i used it i actually feel like it making a difference, which hadn't really happened until i came across HealGel eye. It is a very lightweight gel that doesn't feel heavy or like it is dragging the delicate eye area down. I have been using this for around a month now and i can actually say i can see the difference, generally my under eye without concealer looks like i have been punched in both eyes, however since using this i have definitely noticed the colour has gone down and looks a lot smoother.

Not only is the product fab, i love the pump on the bottle. It may sound stupid but i hate a pump that is either really difficult to squeeze, or gives you so much product it drowns your under eye. The pump on this gives you exactly the right amount of gel so there is no wastage.

This product retails at £32 which for me is 100% worth it for anything that gets rid of my hideous eye bags, you can get it from www.healgel.co.uk

Smashbox Longwear Blush

I had heard a lot about these blushers and it doesn't take mush to persuade me to purchase something, so off i went (to my laptop) to get my hands on one of these. It's always harder online as you can't see the colours as well but i decided on the "Peachy Dream" shade as i am always partial to a peach toned blush.

My first impressions were good, i like the "Grinder" it has on the top so you can use a small amount of blusher at a time, although be careful as i found if you grind too much out, it does make a bit of a mess (as do all loose powders). The colour applies really smooth and evenly, its nice because it quite a sheer wash of colour to the cheek instead of resembling a clown :-)

The colour is really pretty for the summer, probably a tad more pink than peach i would say but i do really liek it and have used it solidly for the past 2 weeks, i also feel liek you get loads of product for your money.

This product retails at £23 and you can get your hands on it HERE

Bourjois Paris So Laque Glossy Amande Defile

Ever since i was young i have had this obsession with the colour mint green, so much so that i wanted to combine my love of this colour with my favourite animal and have a mint green horse (i was so sure one could be found somewhere). So i have been on the search for my perfect mint green nail varnish for a while now and thought i had found it in Essie's mint candy apple, however i found it had a bit too much blue in it to be the perfect one for me (although of course it is still an amazing colour).

I was having a mooch round Boots the other day and cam across this little Bourjois beauty and had to get it straight away, it is the perfect shade of mint green and i love a nail polish with a glossy finish, which is exactly the look this gives to the nails (i have even had people ask me if i had gel nails on). I have had this on for a good week now and it still looks fab!

This retails at £5.99 which is such an amazing price for such an amazing polish, check it out HERE and let me know what you think :-)
