Ren Rosa Centifolia Foaming Cleansing
Ren is one of those brands where i just love everything, i have never used a product from them and not liked it so when i was looking for a new cleanser it seemed like an obvious choice. This is a good all rounder, i personally like something that i wash off as i just feel like my face is cleaner.
This is good for all skin types, the pump dispenses the perfect amount of product into your hand which already comes out as a foam and i honestly feel like this makes me skin squeaky clean. I do double cleanse which i do with every cleanser just to make sure i get every scrap of makeup off.
It doesn't really have much of a fragrance with i love as i don't really like a strong smell with my cleanser, it retails at £13 and you can check it out HERE

Mac staunchly Stylish Pro Longwear Lip Pencil
On a day to day basis i'm quite lazy with my makeup and i want to wear things that are going to last because generally i forget to re-apply or even look in a mirror to see if my face has melted off. I tend to wear this lip liner most days and here are the reasons why.
It actually does stay on, i know a lot of brands have a claim to their products but this really does last, it may need one more application through the day (obviously depending on what you are doing) but it has great staying power.
The colour is a perfect day to day colour for me i almost wear it with everything, i do apply it all over my lip so it is easy to blend in with most other colours but for me it is the perfect combination of pink/beige. If you apply it on your hand it does look quite dark but on the lips it is perfect.
The texture is not drying unlike most long wearing products, i don't feel the need to apply loads of lip balm after wearing this for a day.
This genuinely is a staple product in my everyday makeup bag, i do love all of the pro longwear lipliners that MAC have but this is definitely a staple.
They retail at £14.50 and you can get them from HERE

PMD Personal Microderm
I have never been someone that has had a problem with my skin, but as i am getting older i am realising that my skin is changing and i am having to take better care of it. Just recently i have been prone to blocked pores which is new for me so a good exfoliation is a key thing in my skincare regime.
When i received this product i was a bit weary as i had never used anything like this but the first time i used it all of my fears disappeared, it's so easy to use. It has a slight suction that is completely painless and it removes any dead skin cells in the process, it unblocks pores, evens skin tone, reduces the appearance of fine lines and has definitely helped get rid of any blemishes that i have had.
I am totally in love with this product and you can check it out HERE

My Primark Christmas Jumper
Every year i have the great idea to get a christmas jumper, i'm absolutely obsessed with christmas and i want to show it through my choice of jumper :-) however i'm always too late and they have all been snapped up. A few weeks ago i came across this one in Primark and instantly grabbed my size.
I love the fact that the nose, scarf and buttons are 3D and the happy little snowman makes me smile, it was £12 which in my opinion is an absolute bargain and the fit is pretty good (i got an extra small and i am a size 6-8).
For the price i think the quality of the jumper is brilliant, some i have seen online have gone upwards of £60, now i love christmas but i do not want to pay that. If like me and the children of the world you have the spirit of christmas living inside of you, be sure to get yourself one of these happy little jumpers :-)

Balance Me Cleanse and Smooth Face Balm
After a hard days work, there is nothing i enjoy more than coming home and taking off all of my makeup and getting my pj's on. I tend to favour a wash off cleanser (for some reason my skin prefers this method) and something along the oil or balm route is even better and feels way more luxurious!
I am a massive fan of balance me products already so i was super excited to give this cleansing balm a go, it's not a balm as you would think of things such as lip balm, it's a bit more runny than that which i think helps it to glide over the skin a bit better. It has an amazing spa like smell which just instantly relaxes you and gets you ready for bed.
It has calming camomile, shea and cocoa butter, virgin coconut oils and oatmeal within its many ingredients (the oatmeal gives a slight exfoliation). A small amount of the balm is more than enough to remove the entire face of makeup, it also comes with a muslin cloth to use with warm water so it gently massages and cleanses the face.
This retails at £20 and you can check it out HERE

HealGel Face
I am already a massive fan of HealGel Intensive and HealGel Eye so it was only natural that i needed to complete my collection and try the HealGel Face and i am totally smitten! This like all the others does not fail to impress, it has such a nice texture that feels so smooth when applied, some gels i find go a bit tacky when soaking into the skin, this how ever just glides on.
This time of the year my skin always goes slightly more dry and needs a bit more attention, but i know this year i'm set, also HealGel face was created to have the maximum anti-aging effects whilst still rescuing the skin like the HealGel Intensive. The hyaluronic acid provides firmer and plumper skin and the blend of omega oils replenish and improve elasticity in the skin.
This retails at £48 and you can get it from www.healgel.co.uk

Jo Malone Rose Water and Vanilla Cologne Intense
I have always been a massive fan of Jo Malone, every fragrance is beautiful, every product does exactly what you want it to do and smell how you want it to smell and most of all the packaging of it all is amazing. If i have ever bought these as gifts i always get good brownie points!
They have recently brought Jo Malone to Norwich which is very exciting for me as i only normally get the chance to have a whiff in London so i was like a kid in a candy store when it opened yesterday! I have to say i love every scent but Pomegranate Noir has to be my all time favourite but i desperately wanted to have a good feel for all of the lovely fragrances. First impressions were the shop looked amazing, the merchandising of a Jo Malone store is second to none and all of the staff are just lovely!
As i was having a good sniff around a stumbled across the Rose Water and Vanilla Cologne Intense (which is basically just a stronger, slightly more expensive version of their already incredible fragrances), This has me straight away, the only way i can describe it is i think it smells of the cupcake dolls you used to be able to get when i was young (i am probably showing my age here) so when ever i smelt it i thought of cakes.
I guess not everyone wants to smell of cakes but it's a lovely sweet vanilla smell that just stayed on my skin for ages, another great thing about Jo Malone as a brand is they are not pushy to make a sale, they give you all of the information needed and even tell you to go away and keep smelling it through the day and see what you think which i love!
Needless to say of course this was purchased, it retails at £100 and only comes in the bigger size of 100ml, you can check it out HERE i know it's slightly pricey but you only need a couple of squirts and this is definitely going to be a special occasion fragrance for me and it looks so pretty sitting on my dressing table :-)

Going for some late summer sun?
Top Beach Ready Essentials
Pack your sunhat and make a splash with this season’s summer sandals, totes, kaftans and cut-out swimwear.
The Cover-Up
Sweltering temperatures call for a number of light cover-up options in the shape of crisp white shirts and printed kaftans. A colourful kaftan is the perfect holiday essential and with the right accessories, it can take you from day to night. For a dressed down look, match with denim cut-offs, a straw hat and a pair of brown sandals, or dress it up with wedges, chunky jewellery and Capri shorts.
The Bag
Both seaside retreats and city breaks call for a handy tote. A striped straw bag is a great option and one that will allow you to carry all of your holiday essentials whilst on the move.
The Sunglasses
To protect your eyes as well as your style, invest in an oversized pair of shades. Tortoiseshell styles complete with circular lenses are popular this season and will add a retro edge to a number of summer ensembles.
The Hair
Trying to style your hair in humid conditions is a chore at the best of times, right? Ditch the straighteners for a multitude of hair slides and bands. Hot-hued hair accessories will add an instant summer twist to an otherwise subtle style.
The Hat
A panama hat is a great investment for the holiday season, especially if you plan to sunbathe in a tropical environment. The legendary accessory gained its iconic status at the Panama Canal and has graced the heads of fashionistas ever since.
The Headphones
Relaxing by the pool with your favourite music is always a great way to unwind. You can even turn this pastime into a style staple by switching up for a pair of retro headphones in a vivid hue.
The Swimsuit
From cut-out creations to graphic stripes, summer is all about the swimsuit. For a feminine style, choose a patterned-bow shape instead of a classic strapless top. This will create the perfect mix of chic and contemporary.
The Towel
Looking stylish by the pool and on the beach requires an on-trend style, which means investing in a designer towel. A timeless striped style towel that won’t take up too much room in your bag is a great option to soak up the sun on.
The Shoes
If you’re planning on attending a few pool parties whilst away, wedges are a much safer bet than towering stilettos. They look equally as good with bikinis as they do with summer dresses and shorts. Plus, they take away the risk of stumbling into the deep end!
Mac Pressed Pigments
I am a massive fan of the MAC pigments and reflects pigments and these don't fail to disappoint. The lighter colours come out quite soft so are great to be used over other eyeshadow to add glitter or you can use them wet and really give drama to that sparkle.
My favourite way to use them is for a smokey eye, the colours "Deeply Dashing" (a deep brow with silver glitter) and "Jet Couture" (a black with gold glitter) are perfect for this, i like to layer them over a paint pot and you have yourself the quickest smokey eye known to man. If you are looking for a new product for the upcoming autumn or dare i say it Christmas season, these are perfect!
They retail at £17 and you can get them HERE

Vaseline Paint The Town
I am writing this post very late at night so i will add the pic in when i have day light :-)
This is the 3rd limited edition Vaseline so far and trust me it does not disappoint! The packaging is so sleek and inviting it is hard not to want this pot. The first thing that struck me when opening this product is the colour, such a luxurious looking red i hardly wanted to touch it through fear of ruining it.
The 2nd thing was the smell, it has a spiced berry scent that i just want to lick off (not that this is recommended lol) and the next thing is the feel, so silky and smooth when applied it just glides on! This product is perfect for anyone, it creates a hue of red over the lips so great if you have never worn a red lippie before and want to have a taster, or great for the red lip lover that wants a great day wear look!
I have to say i love every single limited edition Vaseline that has been released especially the amazing pots they come in but this has definitely got to be my favourite so far, it would make a perfect add on birthday present for someone or i would even say stock up for christmas pressies now because it will be the perfect look for Autumn/Winter. It is exclusive to Selfridges until the 11th September and then it will be available at all major retailers.
This retails at £3.49 and you can check it out HERE
