My Skin Care Routine!!!!!

Check out my new video for my skin care routine, my skin is dry so the products i use are good for dry skin so bare in mind your skin type before you buy any skin care.

So i was just looking through my kit and playing with some of my favourite products and then i started to wonder what favourite products you all had.

So have a think and let me know what you just love and let me know, you may even give me some ideas on some new products to buy!

My Hair Routine

Here are the products that i find work for me at the minute, as i have fine hair i love products that will give me volume.......

The Aveda Pure Abundance Shampoo and Conditioner i find really helps to give my hair body but still makes it feel soft.

The volumizing tonic i spray right at the roots all over my head to give me lots of lift.


I use 3 pumps of the phomollient in my hands and rub through the rest of my hair which also gives a light hold.

I Use a very small amount of the macadamia oil and rub it through the ends before i blow dry and it stops the ends from getting too dry if you use lots of heat on your hair, you can also use this as a styling product if you want to smooth out your hair.

I then use a big round brush to give me lots of lift and volume when blow drying my hair, i always section my hair when drying to maximize volume!

Once my hair is dry, i backcomb using my backcombing brush which is good for smoothing as well.

For my day to day hair i use Elnett hairspray which is great as you can brush it out very easily and has a light hold so you still have lots of movement. I also use it lots on shoots or on bridal hair.

If i want maximum hold (generally for a night out) i use Aveda control force which really does not move so it's perfect if you really don't want any fly away hairs.

If i want lots of root lift i sometimes use the Osis dust it powder, you sprinkle some at the roots and rub it in and i feel my hair doubles in size. I generally only use this if i am going out as afterwards your hair feels............horrible basically! But it perfect for a one night thing but i don't think i would use this product everyday.

My Weekend

So my weekend was amazing, if any of you guys went to V Fest i hope you had an amazing time! All of the acts were brilliant it just added to my already massive love of music (and live music).

Every single act was as good as the next but obviously Rihanna and Eminem were fantastic. I did also really enjoy Plan b which i have never seen before but always wanted to, he had a guy who came on before him and also performed a bit with him who did some beat boxing which i love and am fascinated by. I never caught his name but he was fantastic, if any of you know who he was please tell me as i would love to know.

Sorry this wasn't on before guys but i had internet troubles friday and then i was off to V so have been away all weekend.

My cool new tent!

Hey guys,

Just wanted to show you my new tent, i got it for V Fest as it is mega easy to put up and i am a complete tool when it comes to these things. you pull it out of the bag and it just literally pops up, then all you have to do is peg it down and you are done!

I also got a spotty one so that hopefully i can find it again :-) check out the pic below and let me know what you think!

V Festival Essentials

Check out the video on the V Festival Essentials, i show you all of the products that have made the short list and will hopefully help me feel glam!

One product i did forget to mention (and i'm not sure how i did as it definitely is an essential or me) is Batiste Dry Shampoo. This product is always with me you can even get a handy handbag size one for when you are on the go so i would definitely recommend this one for a festival. I managed to fine this really cool new union jack design can.

Summer Nails

Here are 2 nail varnishes i am loving for the summer and may even make it into my V Festival must haves!

The Revlon "One perfect coral" is a red/orange with a cream texture i would say and looks good even with one coat (although i always use 2), it's such a pretty colour and seems to go with everything!

The Avon Coral Beat i am totally in love with, it is very orange rather than coral in my opinion which is perfect for me as i seem to have a thing about orange things at the minute. i find it definitely needs 2 coats but it is on it just stays on, i find Avon nail varnishes amazing they just don't chip! I wear this a lot on my toes (which take a beating in high heels) and it's on forever! This is definitely a summer must have for me!

FESTIVAL TIME!!!!!

As I'm sure you are all aware festival time is upon us and me and a few friends are going to V Fest this year which i am very excited about as i have been to a few festivals before but not V!

I'm feeling very excited about it so i'm going to be doing some tutorials and updates on the products and maybe a few essentials i shall be taking with me so look out for it guys and maybe it will help some of you out if you will also be attending and if there is anything any of you think i need to take please let me know!

A product i'm loving

I am loving the Aveda Dry Remedy moisturizing treatment masque, i apply it then leave it on for 2-3 minutes and when i rinse my hair feels amazing.

It's definitely worth a go if you suffer from dry ends like me.

Advanced night repair eye is and amazing lightweight eye cream that smooths out my under eye and leaves it feeling hydrated!

Origins Youthtopia is a moisturizer to combat the first signs of aging, i apply morning and night and when i wake up in the morning my face feel incredibly smooth and nourished! 

Origins spot removing gel is a light weight way to dry out spots to help them on their way, you can apply it 1-2 times a day but i just apply just before i go to sleep and by the morning i can see results!
